Our plastics business experience dates back to 1979, when I went through a Tool & Die course, taught at our local Tech College. My wife, Brenda also went through several courses at the same college. What we learned there, has helped us build a multi-million dollar business. * We have been producing prototypes and production plastic injection molded parts for every conceivable market for over 26 years. This includes everything from game parts to pacemaker parts, to parts used by the military. We specialize in helping inventors and engineers from all over the world get their plastic parts in a timely and cost effective manner. * In 2008 I sold my molding businesses to a pair of entrepreneurs that wanted to concentrate on further developing the medical molding that we had already been doing. We will continue to do custom molding, just as we have always done, under the name TyNik Molding, Inc. (named after our 2 boys Tyler & Nik). * Below are a few examples of parts we have molded in the past. Some I designed, or helped design. We run Solidworks software, so can accept most 3D model formats. These include Parasolids xt, Iges, Step & Sat files. (preference is in the order given). To get the lowest quote, a good 3D model is recommended, although we can quote simpler parts from dimensioned pictures, prints, sketches, or from sample parts. Our contact info is as follows:
